If you determine at any time, up to 21 days after delivery, that you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, yarkbeds.com will allow you to exchange it for a new mattress under the following terms and conditions:
1. If you wish to make an exchange, call or email yarkbeds.com no later than the 21st day after the original delivery date. NOTE: All exchanges must be completed no later than 28 days from the original delivery date. This means that if you call customer service on the 21st day after delivery, you must be available to reselect a mattress and schedule the exchange and delivery within the following 7 days.
2. The customer has 21 days and is only responsible for the difference between the yarkbeds.com everyday price of the newly selected merchandise and the yarkbeds.com everyday price of the originally selected merchandise, plus applicable delivery fees and taxes. NOTE: The customer shall not pay more for the new merchandise than any current non-expired yarkbeds.com advertised price except for extra deliver and return of goods.
3. Note: Law tags must be attached and the merchandise must be in sanitary condition, clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honour a request for an exchange (mattresses must be covered in the original polythene wrapping when it was delivered to prevent damage on the return transit of the mattress back to the factory).
4. The exchange policy applies to mattress sets and mattresses only. yarkbeds.com will not refund or exchange sheets, pillows, frames, foundations sold without a mattress, furniture or mattress
5. Mattresses over £1,000. All vendor in-home trials require that you sleep on your mattress for a minimum of 21 days to get its unique comfort and support qualities. If you are not happy thereafter, we will allow you to return the mattress for a refund or an exchange provided you are within the applicable period. A one-time shipping and handling fee of £175.00 will be billed for all returns and handling. The In-Home trial offer is available only on mattress purchases over £1,000 where applicable only. The customer is responsible for paying the regular everyday price for all pillows, frames and accessories originally offered for free if returning a mattress under any of the In-home Trials. The merchandise must be in sanitary condition, clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honour the vendor trial.
