At Duke Brothers the owners of Yarkbeds, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and we will keep you informed throughout the delivery process of your order. Our beds, headboards and mattresses are made to order, ensuring that you receive a freshly produced product. Typically, it takes three working days from the order date for your bed or mattress to be manufactured and ready for collection by the transport company with a two-man delivery team.

Once your order is collected from our factory, the transport company delivery team will get in touch with you via email or text to confirm the delivery date and time. You have the option to either accept the proposed delivery date or request an alternative date.

We want you to know that we are fully committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure a prompt and efficient delivery service from manufacture to your bedroom within three to six working days.

What Delivery Options are Available?

Standard Delivery
Estimated Delivery Times are displayed next to each individual product, e.g. 3 to 6 days. Once your order is ready for delivery, the transport company team will contact you to personally book you in for your delivery. Your delivery date and time slot will then be secured. On the day of delivery, the drivers will call you to confirm am or pm delivery.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, of course, you can. Once your order has been confirmed we will send you an email with a link to our Order Tracking page so you can monitor your order's progress.

Can I Return a Bed or Mattress If I Don’t Like It?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy from by Duke Brothers Ltd. If you would like to return an item to us you may do so within 21 days of receiving it see terms and condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on beds or mattresses that have been slept on for hygiene purposes. The return will have to be made via your own carrier service providers.
