We hope you are happy but if for any reason you are not happy with the bed you designed, we accept returns.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivering, and charge a £65 return fee (which will be deducted off your refund), a Yark agent will confirm your returns ID and contact you asking which day you would like your bed collected on. With a date set, we'll send you a text message confirming both the delivery day, and your two hour collection window. Fast forward to the day and time, our delivery driver will collect the flat packed goods, obtaining your signature before they leave. It's essentially just like our deliveries, but in reverse.
We charge a standard rate of £65 for returns, because depending on how far along you have gotten into building your bed - collection tends to not be straightforward.
We won't accept returns that aren't appropriately packaged for the sake of health and safety. We sadly don't accept returns on mattresses due to health and safety. As long as your bed is flat packed, still in its original packaging or equivalently protective packaging, we will take care of the rest.
If you’d like to swap your item for another fabric or style, that’s no problem and our team can arrange this. We charge a standard rate of £65 for your initial return and £65 for the delivery of your replacement bed or item. Our team would arrange everything for you once you’ve told us the items you’d like exchanging.
Due to COVID-19, our carrier have taken additional steps to place on hold any collections until further notice. These difficult decisions are to ensure the safety of our customers and delivery crew. Once the current situation improves, returns will resume in the normal manner.
